Delivery Time

Expect the delivery within 10 to 20 days of placing your order with us. It all depends on how long it takes for us to print and finish your product, and get it packed for delivery. The complexity of the print, and materials used decide the delivery time. However, a majority of our products are shipped within 5 business days of placing the order.

Shipping and Transit

Shipping can take 1 – 5 days, depending on your location. We’ll send you an email stating the order tracking number, once it has been shipped. You can also track your package via your account at 3DVinci Creations.

P.O. Box

Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes currently.

Different Shipping Address

If you’d like to ship to an address that’s different than your billing address, just fill in the desired fields during checkout. This facility makes it easier for you to send gifts you friends and family all over the world. The shipping costs will depend on the destination, and we’ll let you know those and any applicable VAT at checkout.

Duties and Import Tax

Any duties or import taxes are not included in the cost of shipping. You will have to contact the customs office in your city to learn more about any applicable taxes and payable duties.
