Concrete Printing Partner: 3DVinci Creations executed the entire 3D printed structural shell using advanced large-scale concrete printers.
On-Site Fabrication: Printing was completed on location in Arabian Ranches III, showcasing 3DVinci Creations mobile deployment capabilities.
Collaborative Execution: 3DVinci Creations worked alongside U+A Architects, COBOD (printer tech), and EMAAR’s project team to bring the concept to reality.
Technical & Innovation Highlights
COBOD Technology Integration: The villa was printed using COBOD’s BOD2 printer, optimized and operated by 3DVinci Creations engineering team.
Material & Design Efficiency: The use of 3D printing led to up to 50% reduction in construction waste, significantly reduced noise pollution, and a faster build timeline.
Smart Home-Ready: The printed structure was tailored to support integrated smart tech, in line with EMAAR’s vision for connected living.
