In a significant step toward bridging academia and industry, 3DVinci Creations and its manufacturing arm TAMVINCI (a 3DVinci Creations company) recently welcomed a distinguished academic delegation from Ajman University to their 3D concrete printing facility.

The session was hosted at TAMVINCI facility in Dubai Industrial Area, featuring the company's state-of-the-art robotic 3D printing setup. The visit, led by Dean of the College of Architecture, Art, and Design at Ajman University Prof. Riad Saraiji, alongside Assistant Professor in Architectural Engineering and PhD in Engineering Dr. Xueying Wang, and ASME UAEU Chapter Advisor | PhD. In Architecture & Sustainable Built Environment - Dr. Issah Al Hamad, focused on exploring low-carbon materials, robotic fabrication, and data-driven construction methodologies.
“I learned a lot from my visit to TAMVINCI which makes 3D printing using concrete and plastic.”, wrote Prof. Riad Saraiji.

Hosted by Eng. Hussam Salah from 3DVinci Creations, the visit included a demonstration of TAMVINCI’s robotic 3D printing technologies and sustainable concrete solutions—used in award-winning projects for NEOM, EMAAR, ADNOC, and MOEI.
“This collaboration brings together industry capability, academic research, and data-driven innovation. Looking forward to the next steps!”, said Dr. Wang.

This industry-academia engagement marks the beginning of deeper collaborations aimed at advancing 3D concrete printing in the UAE’s built environment through research, experimentation, and innovation.
