How to become a vendor?

01 | Resigtration

Start by registering as a member on our website. Click the "Create a New Account" button down below.

CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT

02 | Confirm Your Email

Once your registration is submitted, enter the 6-digit code sent to your email in order to activate your account.

On successful activation, you will be logged in automatically.

03 | Vendor Widget

CLICK HERE in order for "The Vendor Widget" to show on the bottom-left of your screen.

Open the widget then click on "Apply For a Vendor".

04 | Review & Confirmation

Our team will review your account and notify you by email once your account is approved.

How it Works?

01 | REGISTER & APPLY

Create your vendor account and submit your application to join the 3DVinci Designers Store.
Once approved, you’ll get access to your vendor dashboard and product upload tools.

02 | PRODUCT COST & PRINTABILITY CHECKS

No physical printing or photoshoot required but you have to check your design for Printability Issues and get the correct printing price for your product.

You can use our Instant Quote Platform for Product Cost & AI-Printability Checks for Free.

03 | UPLOAD & REVIEW

Once you made sure your design is Printable, you can upload the image(s), add product title, description, price, specifications, available materials and finishes.

Our team will review your design for:

Printability and material compatibility
Technical feasibility
Quality and marketplace standards

We may suggest adjustments to optimize your design for production and ensure a smooth customer experience.

04 | EARN

Once approved, your design goes live in the Designers Store.

When customers browse and order, we handle everything: printing, packaging, shipping, delivery.

You receive your revenue share on each sale. We cover material cost, print cost, delivery cost; you concentrate on design and simply earn from your listings.

Vendor Special Discount

20% of net sale price goes to you, processed on a Quarterly basis.

We handle material cost, printing process, all logistics, customer service, shipping and delivery across UAE & KSA regions.

Revenue Share

You retain ownership of your design but grant 3DVC the right to print, sell and distribute your product listing under the terms below.

Your responsibility is ensuring your design is printable (we offer AI Printability Analysis on our Instant Quote Platform) and meets any material, safety or regulatory requirements for your target market.

Retain Ownership

Your products will be listed for free with no expiry date.
