Dubai’s First 3D Printed Villa Brought to Life by 3DVinci Creations and EMAAR

Dubai – In a landmark collaboration with EMAAR Properties, 3DVinci Creations has successfully completed the first-ever 3D printed villa in Dubai, setting a new benchmark for sustainable, smart housing in the region.
Located in the prestigious Arabian Ranches III, the villa was constructed using a COBOD BOD2 3D concrete printer, operated by 3DVinci Creations expert team.
The structure blends modern architecture with high-performance materials, offering a future-ready home that meets Dubai’s vision for innovation and sustainability.
“This villa is more than a building—it’s a blueprint for the future of residential construction,” said 3DVinci Creations CEO, Mr. Edouard Baaklini.
By leveraging 3D concrete printing:
🧱 Walls were printed directly on-site with minimal labor
♻️ Waste and noise pollution were drastically reduced
⚡ Smart home systems were pre-integrated into the design phase
