Sharjah, UAE – In partnership with the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure (MOEI), 3DVinci Creations has completed the 3D printing of a federal guard room, the first of its kind in the United Arab Emirates. Constructed at the Al Madam Court and Prosecution site in Sharjah, the project sets a new standard for sustainable and innovative government infrastructure in the region.

As the 3D concrete printing partner, 3DVinci Creations handled the entire fabrication of the guard room on-site, using advanced concrete printing technology and a custom concrete mix formulated from local materials. This approach drastically reduced construction waste by over 60% and allowed for faster delivery with lower environmental impact.
“We’re proud to contribute to a project that showcases how sustainable design and digital fabrication can enhance federal construction in the UAE,” said a 3DVinci spokesperson.
The guard room, though compact, includes provisions for HVAC, electrical, and communication systems—proving that 3D printing can accommodate full architectural functionality in modern government facilities.
This initiative aligns with the UAE’s Fourth Industrial Revolution strategy and national vision for sustainable development, demonstrating how public projects can leverage advanced construction technology for greater efficiency and environmental responsibility.
